The short version
We collect only what you type into our forms, we use it only to do the work you asked us to do — matching talent with facilities — and we never sell it. Candidates: we never share your details with an employer without your permission.
What we collect
- Employers requesting talent: your name, work email, phone, company, site location, and the details of the role you're hiring for.
- Candidates: your name, email, phone, location, discipline, and the resume, LinkedIn, or portfolio link you choose to share.
- Technical basics: the page a form was submitted from. We do not set cookies and do not currently run analytics or ad trackers on this site.
How we use it
- To respond to your request and run our staffing and GRC engagements — shortlisting, screening, references, and placement logistics.
- To contact candidates about roles that genuinely fit their experience and goals.
- We do not sell personal information, and we don't use it for third-party advertising.
When we share it
- Candidates: your profile is presented to a prospective employer only with your permission, and we tell you who the employer is before you interview.
- Employers: your hiring needs are shared only with candidates we're representing to you.
- Service providers: form submissions are delivered to our inbox via Web3Forms, and this site is served by our hosting provider. These providers process data on our behalf and have no right to use it for their own purposes. Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives standard web request data (such as your IP address).
- We may disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Employer briefs are kept for the life of the engagement and our business records after it. Candidate profiles stay in our talent network so we can reach out when a matching role opens — until you ask us to remove them.
Your choices
Email hello@elpho.io at any time to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Candidates can leave the talent network with a single email — no questions asked. If you're a California resident, these rights include those under the CCPA; we honor access and deletion requests regardless of where you live.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and form submissions travel encrypted. We limit access to lead and candidate information to the people who need it to make a placement.
Changes
